HOW TO STAY ENERGIZED ALL DAY LONG
1) wake up to first alarm! If you keep hitting the snooze button you will be more exhausted than if you woke up to the first alarm
2) start your day with a kombucha/coconut water/health shots
3) get your mind right and focus on what you look forward to doing rather than what you have to do- this will make you feel more motivated to get those things done
4) channel your positivity through something you love each day
5) do one thing new every day that is simple! Like parking in a new spot, sending a text to a friend about how you appreciate them, making a new recipe, doing a new type of workout, etc.)
6) bring others joy and if you’re like me, gain even more energy from people around you
7) stay POSITIVE and do your best to not complain about A THING
8) read motivational quotes, books or follow some of your favorite Instagrams! mine are:

9) laugh every day because it just lightens the load and keeps your stamina up
10) don’t overload on coffee because we all know how the crash goes (I actually haven’t drank coffee in about 4 months!)
11) pray about anything that’s bringing you down and focus on what’s in store for you (every bad day= a great day tomorrow!)
12) get a workout in at least 3-4 times a week- IMPORTANT: walking to classes all day, cleaning and everything that gets your body moving counts! Just because you’re not in the gym doesn’t mean you’re not working out in other ways :)
13) what I love to do is workout nonchalantly all day for example: doing arm circles when I’m walking around in my apartment, doing squats when I brush my teeth, doing abs before bed each night, doing tricep dips on the counter, etc! Super easy ways to workout all day but not feel like you’re dying when you’re tired!
14) ALWAYS TAKE THE STAIRS
15) take vitamins!! Will post my new favorites tomorrow on my insta that have made a HUGE difference!
16) spend your time with people who have the same mindset as you AS WELL AS ENERGY! If you’re around negative people or people who don’t have as much energy as you, then you’ll get tired 3x as fast
17) make sure to not overextend your energy and conserve it throughout the day by listening to your body and eating healthy, Whole Foods
18) make a new friend every day because that builds up dopamine
19) if you are a nap person, which Dr. Oz says naps are actually important, then take a nap that is no longer than 1 hour because then you’ll feel more exhausted (saying this out of personal experience)
20) MOST IMPORTANTLY my advice to you is to wake up every day with a passion and if you are truly working for something you want or doing something you love, then I promise you the energy to carry out that passion WILL BE THERE. Mindset is everything and if you set a mindset that you are going to win the day then that is the prime ingredient to staying energetic and happy ALL DAY LONG!!!
