Happiness for life:
1. Do not care about what anyone thinks about you, OR what you say or what you do
2. Be your own SELF. People love originality and the haters are going to hate ;)
3. Take prenatal vitamins everyday/multivitamin because IT WORKS
4. Don’t waste time on negative people. (that does not mean to not say hello but if someone isn’t on your level, then they aren’t but love them anyways)
5. Be blunt about what you want, REALLY BLOUNT :)
6. Workout, aka spin (I'm biased on this one)
7. Eat healthy (obvious reasons)
8. Drink wine because no great story ever started with someone eating a salad
9. HAVE FUN DAILY
10. DO WHAT YOU LOVE, not what anyone else loves
11. Appreciate being alone with yourself so you can figure out what you want and love, very critical for self-growth
12. Don’t get caught up in stress, focus on where you are in the here and now and throw the damn punches
13. Forget about comparisons, personality trumps it all
14. Have educated debates only, but make sure your voice is heard
15. Love who YOU are at the end of the day, and if you had a bad day, change it now.
16. Find your passion and make it your life
17. Appreciate the setbacks and all the negatives that have happened because YOU GREW!
18. Do NOT let the past define you, the past should only push you to be a better you in the future
19. Let the mistakes happen. Mistakes are the pathway to happiness I can assure you

21. MOST IMPORTANTLY! Quitters never win and winners never quit!! NEVER GIVE UP. Life is a game of choices and balancing that equilibrium, work hard and take time to relax, but don’t ever let life get the best of you, and never be too serious!!
